Building up a Seleucid Army

 

I began with a couple of armoured elephants - from Newline Designs - since, why not?

These can now be put alongside a phalanx block -

 

The figures for the phalanx are all from Newline Designs, equipped with home made sarisssas.  The shield decals are from Little Big Men Studios - which are also used on the shields hung on the sides of the elephant towers.  Decals can be seen more clearly on the picture below of the command group.

Rounding off progress so far are some Seleucid Companion cavalry, again from the Newline range.
